What is a condominium trustee?
The trustee is the representative and the spokesman of the condominium.
During his mandate, he manages the building on behalf of the co-owners by executing or enforcing the decisions taken by the general assembly (contracts with suppliers, maintenance costs of common areas, mandatory standards to be implemented in the co-ownership, co-ownership insurance contracts).
The trustee is the only one to administer the funds and keeps the accounts of the association of co-owners according to the specific rules of the co-ownership. The trustee is responsible to the association of co-owners for the proper execution of the mission he is entrusted with.
